Marlesa’s experience began as a Human Resource Specialist in the U.S. Army, forming a strong foundation for her future career in HR. She served her country both in the armed forces and as a federal law enforcement officer, further enhancing her understanding of organizational structures and teamwork. Her firm command over organizational customer service and communication, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of HR services, makes her an indispensable asset to our team and clients.

Career Highlights
Marlesa’s career in human resources commenced in the United States Army, laying a solid foundation for her future in the field. She transitioned into Human Resources at the Federal level with GSA in Auburn, where she bolstered the organization’s HR framework through her management advisory services and resolution of employee relations inquiries.
In addition to her HR roles, Marlesa has also served as a federal law enforcement officer, an experience that broadened her understanding of public service and enriched her leadership skills.
Most recently she worked as a contractor, delivering top notch HR Services to the Federal government.

Marlesa holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland University College and another Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (Animal Science) from Florida A&M University. Further enhancing her credentials, she also possesses a Paralegal Certification from Highline Community College.
